Spike Lee was interviewed on This Week about his new Katrina documentary. The portion that aired on TV stripped out all of Lee's critical comments towards the Bush administration. Check out both versions and see how ABC sanitized Lee.
In video one (the top video to the right), we show the extended version of Lee's interview that ABC only made available on their website.
In video two (the bottom video to the right), we show the sanitized version that ABC aired on TV.
Of course, ABC has every editorial right to pull whatever they feel is best from the extended interview, but after watching both, I can't help but think that they made a conscious decision to edit out critical comments.
